Three Reasons For Hair Loss

Hair Loss has become a big problem for many people. Both men and women are suffering from hair loss due to many reasons. The top three reasons are: 1.  Stress 2. Iron deficiency 3.  Hormonal. You ask yourself "how can I control stress"?  Find something you can do or say when you start feeling stressed out. For example you might want to take 10 to 15  out of your day to stretch, exercise or meditate. Reflect on all the good things in your life.  Sing, dance, laugh! Think about all you have accomplished thus far. You will feel better. Iron deficiency can be corrected by taking vitamins or eating green vegetables like spinach and bok Choy. These two vegetables are  rich in minerals and vitamins, iron, beta carotene, folate and vitamin C, they help to keep hair follicles healthy and scalp oils circulating. How To Fix Split Ends

Split ends who doesn't have them??  Would you believe that your hair extensions can get split ends?  Yes its true.   If you wear Virgin or Remy human hair, it is possible.  Weaves that have the cuticle intact can have/get  split ends.   With Florida's bipolar weather flatironing your hair and keeping it straight may be a challenge!  Trying to "get that model look" everyday can cause  terribly split, dry and brittle  hair:-(..........I thought that weave could withstand anything.  Hmmmm, guess, I was wrong!   After the heat styling I had to  trim my weave hair because it looked  limp and lifeless.  If  this happens with weaves,  it can definately  happen to your  natural hair! Welcome to Hair Braiding 16 Hour Course Blog.  I am a Cosmetologist with over 35 years in the Beauty Industry.  I am also a Cosmetology Instructor, Business Coach and Mentor.  I am writing this Blog to help educate up and coming hairstylist learn and become licensed professionals in the field of braiding. The Braiding Industry has evolved tremendously over the past 10 years.  The State of Florida now mandates that everyone who is braiding hair for compensation become certified and licensed.
